Students will watch a video on immigration, take a quiz on immigration, and then students will play a game to learn what it takes to be an immigrant. Students will also make a circle map to brainstorm ideas of what they learned about immigration.

This is a link to a Thinglink that I made to support a 5th grade TEK about learning about Chinese, German, and Irish immigrants. Students will get to see where these countries are on a map and get to see the flags of these counties. When one of the countries are clicked, a link will open up that will explain what life was like for that immigrant.
